Responsibilities
- Own substantial features from conception to production.
- Develop intuitive interfaces for case management and analytics.
- Build document analysis and verification systems.
- Create workflows that integrate AI tools and data services.
- Design tools for customers to customize their compliance workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience for Engineer, 6+ for Sr. Engineer, and 8+ for Staff Engineer roles.
- Strong full-stack development skills, including backend services and APIs.
- Experience shipping customer-facing products with a focus on reliability.
- End-to-end ownership mindset from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Clear communication skills for explaining technical decisions.
