Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop Appian BPM applications and plugins for federal customers.
- Configure, debug, integrate, and support forms, reports, underlying business logic, and interface components.
- Install and work with application servers such as JBoss, WebLogic, and IIS.
- Develop solutions using relational databases and SQL scripting throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Define and document architecture for technology implementations and translate business needs into solution architecture requirements.
- Support growth-related activities such as RFIs, RFPs, prototypes, and oral presentations as needed.
- Maintain certifications required for the relevant practice expertise.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of recent hands-on experience with Appian BPM.
- At least 6 years of Appian plugin development experience.
- At least 6 years of experience with application servers such as JBoss, WebLogic, or IIS as part of installation.
- At least 6 years of experience configuring, debugging, and performing systems integration as a developer.
- At least 6 years of experience with relational databases and SQL scripting.
- At least 6 years of experience across the software development lifecycle for large-scale business-critical applications.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- U.S. citizenship, U.S. residence, and work performed within the United States are required; the candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include Appian Level 2 or Level 3 certification, Appian Tempo and Sites experience, Java and Maven experience, federal software development experience, architecture documentation, enterprise application integration, SOA, ESB, and n-tier client-server architecture experience.
- Preferred technology exposure includes IBM WebSphere, Mule, LAMP, JBoss, Hadoop, Java, and Microsoft/.NET.
- Strong analytical, technical, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, teamwork, facilitation, negotiation, and business-context skills are preferred.
