Base Salary
$125k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale AI-powered GTM systems, internal tools, and AI agents.
- Own GTM automation as a product from discovery through adoption while measuring efficiency, ROI, and pipeline impact.
- Build, run, and optimize automated outbound programs for the North American market.
- Partner with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to test targeting, messaging, and automation strategies.
- Turn successful GTM experiments into repeatable programs for the North American team.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in Growth, GTM Ops, RevOps, or Automation roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of sales and outbound tactics.
- Strong hands-on experience with GTM tools such as n8n, Clay, and Salesforce.
- Practical experience using LLMs and AI workflows, including prompting, agents, and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Ability to build, ship, iterate, and improve systems end-to-end.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
