Base Salary
$97k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of mid-size feature applications and support larger development efforts.
- Provide advanced technical expertise for application architecture, coding, performance, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and system maintenance.
- Participate in design discussions as a development lead and drive application design decisions and coding standards.
- Execute test plans and support software quality, implementation, production operations, and full lifecycle delivery.
- Analyze system dependencies, runtime properties, data structures, algorithms, performance, and load requirements.
- Coordinate with technology and user experience vendors on implementation plans, roadmaps, and partnership opportunities.
- Track progress, risks, bottlenecks, escalations, and dependencies across teams and projects.
- Improve architecture, build, delivery, production operations, and development processes while reducing repeated work.
- Coach and train new team members and share technical knowledge through engineering forums and other sessions.
- Support compliance with applicable laws, policies, regulations, and controls while safeguarding company and client assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of programming experience with Java and JavaScript.
- Experience with Spring Boot and React or Angular.
- Cloud experience with AWS and OpenShift.
- Five to eight years of experience in a product development or product management environment.
- Experience leading infrastructure programs.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, written communication, oral communication, and diplomacy skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, lead development efforts, influence technical decisions, and manage complex delivery issues.
