Senior Vice President, Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities
- Program well-designed, testable, and efficient code in scalable client-side and server-side architectures.
- Design and develop tests and test-automation suites.
- Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation for requirements and solutions.
- Maintain software functionality and address technical debt.
- Participate in code reviews and integrate software components into functional systems.
- Execute full lifecycle software development.
- Facilitate technical discussions and oversee the team’s development work.
- Promote engineering best practices, rapid iterations, and frequent releases.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support timely program-level delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of full-stack technical experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and backend development using microservices and event-driven architectures.
- At least three years of experience with Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with AI coding and test automation using Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Experience with RDBMS is preferred.
- Test-Driven Development experience is preferred.
- Strong technical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial services or fintech is preferred.
- An advanced degree is preferred.
