Responsibilities

Design and build end-to-end features spanning responsive front-end interfaces and back-end services.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs connecting client applications to databases and internal systems.
Model and manage relational and non-relational data stores, optimizing queries for performance.
Own features from concept through deployment, including UI, business logic, and data layers.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
Write software design and software requirement documentation.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full application stack.
Integrate third-party services, internal tools, ML algorithms, and data pipelines into unified applications.
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices across the stack.
Manage application performance, scalability, and reliability in production.
Work with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into working software.

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Strong experience building and shipping web applications across the full stack.
Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and debug features spanning front-end, back-end, and database layers.
Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort working on multiple concurrent projects with varying priorities and stakeholders.
Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks and core web technologies.
Hands-on experience with back-end languages and frameworks and RESTful and/or GraphQL API design.
Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and query optimization.
Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with software security best practices.
