Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Embed with client teams to frame problems, identify opportunities, and define delivery paths under regulatory and operational constraints.
- Own end-to-end engagement delivery from solution shaping through implementation, deployment, and early sustainment.
- Implement and manage AI-enabled workflows, agentic systems, orchestration logic, and integrations.
- Write and review production-quality code, including LangGraph and Python orchestration and integration layers.
- Make delivery tradeoffs involving functionality, safety, cost, and timelines and explain them to stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions meet security, AI integrity, FinOps, compliance, performance, and reliability constraints.
- Capture field learnings and failure modes and collaborate with platform, architecture, and integration teams on repeatable delivery patterns.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience delivering complex software systems in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Experience in customer-facing or consulting engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying distributed systems, APIs, integrations, or data-intensive applications.
- Practical experience with modern AI application stacks, including LLM-backed systems, agentic workflows, or orchestration frameworks.
- Proven ownership of delivery in real-world conditions and production-grade code operating under compliance, performance, and reliability constraints.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering, architecture, security, and governance teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience in forward-deployed engineering, regulated industries, AI safety, cost controls, governance, platform integration, reference implementations, or system hardening is preferred.
Benefits
- Base salary ranges from $106,900 to $176,500 in most US locations and from $128,400 to $200,600 in the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California excluding Sacramento.
