Responsibilities
- Own and build secure, performant, scalable end-to-end Postman experiences.
- Address challenges involving scale, performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Strengthen test pipelines and proactively resolve bottlenecks and technical debt.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver technical and user-focused solutions.
- Help define engineering best practices for code quality and system design.
- Contribute through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and peer mentoring.
- Build new features, product improvements, and functional prototypes driven by user needs.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience building and shipping features at scale.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Preferred experience with query optimization and schema design.
- Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, networking, and operating systems.
- Ability to own work from design through production and operate effectively under ambiguity or constraints.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to work across teams and challenge stakeholders when needed.
- Product-oriented approach to translating user needs into technical solutions.
- Commitment to writing testable and maintainable code and learning beyond established silos.
