Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across frontend and backend systems.
- Develop scalable backend services that power AgenticAI workflows and core product functionality.
- Build responsive and intuitive frontend and backend applications using modern frameworks.
- Own features end-to-end from architecture and design through implementation and production rollout.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to translate business needs into user-centric solutions.
- Participate in architecture and design reviews for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Improve performance, observability, and reliability across distributed systems.
- Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational stability.
- Contribute to engineering practices including code quality, testing, and CI/CD improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, with B.Tech, B.E., or equivalent accepted.
- Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
- Equivalent industry experience may be considered for exceptional candidates.
- 3–5 years of experience in full-stack or backend-heavy engineering roles.
- Strong backend development experience with Python, Go, or Node.js.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks; React is preferred, while Vue or Angular are also accepted.
- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and distributed architectures.
- Experience with microservices-based systems.
- Familiarity with asynchronous systems and messaging infrastructure such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with NoSQL databases and practical data modeling.
- Strong product thinking and ability to connect technical decisions to user and business outcomes.
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward impact and execution.
