Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain fullstack features across frontend and backend systems.
- Develop scalable backend services that power AgenticAI workflows and core product functionality.
- Build responsive, intuitive frontend and backend applications using modern frameworks.
- Own features end-to-end—from architecture and design through implementation and production rollout.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to translate business needs into user-centric solutions.
- Participate in architecture and design reviews to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Improve system performance, observability, and reliability across distributed systems.
- Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational stability.
- Contribute to engineering best practices including code quality, testing, and CI/CD improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in fullstack or backend-heavy engineering roles.
- Strong backend development experience in Python, Go, or Node.js.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred; Vue or Angular also welcome).
- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and distributed architectures.
- Experience working with microservices-based systems.
- Familiarity with asynchronous systems and messaging infrastructure (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience with NoSQL databases and practical data modeling.
- Strong product thinking and ability to connect technical decisions to user and business outcomes.
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward impact and execution.
