Responsibilities
- Lead AI discovery and solutioning by translating customer strategies and business challenges into Celonis-based AI solutions.
- Run customer hackathons and rapidly prototype solutions using AI technologies.
- Enable agentic process transformation and help customers achieve measurable ROI from AI deployments at scale.
- Execute business-critical Proof-of-Value projects end to end, including architecture and delivery of secure, scalable LLM and agent systems.
- Integrate solutions with enterprise data, identity, and compliance frameworks using RAG, tools, and guardrails.
- Remain involved through implementation, adoption, and value realization until agreed project thresholds are reached.
- Present solution value, prototypes, and business outcomes to executives and other stakeholders.
- Develop domain or industry specialization and share knowledge across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience leading technical pre-sales, including AI roadmaps, ROI/TCO business cases, and machine learning or generative AI prototypes.
- Understanding of generative AI techniques including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, and fine-tuning.
- Understanding of business processes across sectors such as supply chain and finance, with the ability to translate business needs into AI use cases.
- Good knowledge of Python and common machine learning libraries including LangChain, pandas, pydantic, scikit-learn, and PyTorch, plus data engineering tools and technologies.
- Strong presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders, including executives, whiteboarding sessions, formal readouts, and demos.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.
- Hands-on experience building agentic systems with LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, prompt engineering, evaluations, and guardrails is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of LLM ecosystem tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other open-source packages is a plus.
- Experience deploying and monitoring models at scale across AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or GCP Vertex is a plus.
