Responsibilities

Own feature areas end to end from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
Design, build, and ship secure, reliable, performant, production-ready features across the Identity Governance system.
Deliver bug fixes and handle customer-reported issues.
Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and uphold high engineering quality standards.
Partner with Product Development, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering teams on development and deployment work.

At least 5 years of experience with Java using Spring or Dropwizard and/or Golang, including deep knowledge of multithreading and asynchronous processing.
Experience building high-performance RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services.
Solid experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL and Redis at scale.
Hands-on AWS experience with Fargate, EC2, and Lambda, plus Terraform infrastructure management.
Strong proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred: understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT tokens for service-to-service communication.
Preferred: experience with Splunk, SignalFX, or Datadog for production monitoring and troubleshooting.
Preferred: familiarity with Kafka or SQS for asynchronous events.
Preferred: basic familiarity with React and JavaScript and experience deploying services across isolated infrastructure units.
