Base Salary
$115k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build user interfaces with React in collaboration with product designers and backend engineers
- Own features from inception through launch and ongoing iteration
- Write robust, readable, maintainable, and testable code
- Develop frontend infrastructure that supports rapid experimentation and development
- Integrate Glean experiences into a broad range of workflows and platform environments
- Mentor junior engineers and learn from experienced engineers
Requirements
- BA or BS in computer science or a related degree
- Experience with a highly polished consumer-grade React application or 4+ years of experience with any web application
- Proficiency with TypeScript, or JavaScript with an interest in adopting types
- Experience with or interest in mastering one or more of Progressive Web Apps, Web Extensions, Electron, Capacitor, React, Redux, and Webpack
- Passion for HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript-based interfaces that are responsive, polished, and performant across devices
- Ability to work in a customer-focused, cross-functional environment and take ownership of features
