Base Salary
$80k - $128k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, build, deliver, and enhance highly available, scalable, real-time systems.
- Participate in or direct major project deliverables across scope, estimation, architecture, design, coding, and unit testing.
- Develop cloud-ready applications and migrate applications to the cloud.
- Develop front-end functionality using React or Angular and related JavaScript technologies.
- Build and integrate containerized applications and work with RESTful services and authorization mechanisms.
- Collaborate with customers and teams to recommend designs based on business objectives, timelines, and resource constraints.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree with 12 years of directly related experience, a Master's degree with 10 years of directly related experience, or 4 years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with Agile Scrum and a SecDevOps environment.
- Experience with containerized applications, preferably using Konvoy.
- At least 3 years of experience developing cloud-ready applications or migrating applications to the cloud.
- At least 2 years of experience with one of Java, JSF, JavaScript, Spring, or automated testing tools such as Selenium.
- At least 2 years of experience with at least two listed front-end technologies, including React, Angular, Redux, HTML, CSS, JSX, Bootstrap, ES6, JWT, JSON, Babel, Webpack, Axios, NPM, and Node.
- Proficiency in Java and JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Thorough understanding of React and Angular core principles.
- At least 2 years of experience with microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Expertise with Axios for working with REST services and hands-on HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap experience.
- Hands-on experience with modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token.
- U.S. citizenship is required; candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a CBP Background Investigation before starting.
- AWS Developer or Solutions Architect certification, active Full CBP BI, and Google Cloud experience are preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, independent problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
