Base Salary
$130k - $173k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated guardrails and continuous patching architecture.
- Define a 3-year technical roadmap in collaboration with Product Management and Security leadership.
- Establish architectural patterns and security standards for engineering teams.
- Mentor and grow Senior and Staff engineers in security and system design.
- Collaborate with global team members to align engineering efforts.
- Ensure comprehensive automated testing frameworks are integrated into the architecture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on enterprise-grade systems.
- Expert-level mastery of Java and familiarity with the enterprise Java ecosystem.
- Experience architecting automated CI/CD workflows and self-healing infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of web fundamentals like HTTP and TLS.
- Exceptional communication and systems-thinking skills.
