Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of advanced data solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Guide teams in applying artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science algorithms, and statistical modeling to business problems.
- Develop data pipelines and data lakes for large-scale data analysis.
- Build predictive models using neural networks and deep learning frameworks.
- Design and scale generative AI and agentic AI solutions for enterprise production environments.
- Implement MCP and A2A interoperability protocols for system integration.
- Use enterprise cloud AI platforms and agentic AI frameworks to build and deploy production-grade solutions.
- Design advanced RAG architectures, including Graph RAG, Vectorless RAG, and Hybrid RAG.
- Design defense-in-depth safeguards against prompt injection, jailbreaking, data exfiltration, and tool misuse.
- Lead containerized, cloud-native, and event-driven deployments of agentic AI workloads.
- Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion while collaborating with stakeholders.
- Mentor team members, manage performance, validate data quality and compliance, and promote technical innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Over 3 years of experience developing and scaling generative AI projects from prototypes to enterprise production, including management of throughput, latency, cost, and multi-region deployments.
- Expertise with MCP and A2A interoperability protocols at scale.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI.
- Advanced Python programming skills and hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
- Deep understanding of Graph RAG, Vectorless RAG, Hybrid RAG, model building, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of LLM security risks and experience designing safeguards for agentic systems.
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, serverless, and event-driven architectures.
- Relevant AI or solution architecture certifications are expected.
