Responsibilities
- Define and evolve technical architecture strategy for AI initiatives in alignment with business and platform roadmaps.
- Evaluate LLMs, agentic frameworks, automation platforms, and other emerging AI technologies.
- Design scalable, secure, maintainable enterprise AI architectures and establish architecture standards and patterns.
- Coordinate engineering, data, product, and delivery teams across multiple AI workstreams.
- Facilitate technical governance forums, architecture reviews, and design decision checkpoints.
- Mentor technical teams and solution architects on AI-first design principles.
- Prototype, build, and deploy AI agents, automations, integrations, and working proofs of concept.
- Own end-to-end technical quality from solution design through production readiness.
- Define and monitor scalability, reliability, cost-efficiency, and security architecture metrics.
- Ensure data governance, responsible AI, and security standards across AI implementations.
- Provide technical escalation support for complex AI and architecture issues.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software or solution architecture, including depth in AI/ML or agentic systems architecture.
- Experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions such as LLM-based systems, automation platforms, Agentforce, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, integration patterns, and platform scalability principles.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Experience with Salesforce platform architecture is highly valued, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience leading AI governance, responsible AI, or AI risk frameworks is preferred.
- Track record of mentoring architects and senior engineers is preferred.
- Exposure to multi-org, multi-cloud, or complex enterprise topology environments is preferred.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents in real-world settings is preferred.
- Practical experience with Gemini, Cursor, and Claude is preferred.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and agentic tool-use patterns is preferred.
- Comfort working directly in code or configuration to build and ship solutions.
