Senior Software Engineer
BroadridgeResponsibilities
- Create systems that securely record and store blockchain data for smart contracts.
- Develop high-quality distributed-ledger repository software using Node.js and DAML.
- Design secure blockchain technologies and build application features, web services, user interfaces, and interfaces.
- Research, develop, support, and test blockchain technologies.
- Use cryptography techniques to protect applications against hacking and cyberattacks.
- Deploy applications into different environments.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with JavaScript and Node.js.
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals, including prototype inheritance, composition, and callback functions.
- Experience with Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Express, and related JavaScript libraries, frameworks, and packages.
- Full-stack web development experience using Node.js and React.js.
- Experience with JSON message formatting, Docker, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Good understanding of process managers such as PM2 and Forever.
- Prior blockchain technology experience is preferred but not required.
