Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end AI applications spanning user interfaces, backend logic, and AI agents.
- Develop complex stateful, multi-agent, and cyclic workflows using LangGraph.
- Rapidly prototype and deploy high-fidelity AI application MVPs using full-stack skills and Claude Code.
- Build automated LLM testing and evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, latency, hallucinations, and regression.
- Stress-test the internal AI Development Framework and provide feedback to the core architecture team.
- Integrate AI capabilities into workflows safely and effectively.
- Own applications from initial concept through production deployment and mentor team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade LLM applications with a strong focus on multi-agent architectures.
- Production-level expertise with LangGraph and stateful multi-agent workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Python, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
- Strong understanding of LLM evaluation methodologies, test dataset curation, and semantic logging and tracing tools such as LangSmith.
- Proficiency with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, and Milvus, relational databases, and unstructured data pipelines.
- Strong prompt engineering skills and linguistic intuition for optimizing LLM performance.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with rapidly changing requirements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, self-direction, mentoring, product sense, and ownership skills.
