Base Salary
$120k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality software on schedule while following Broadridge SDLC processes.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support full-stack technical solutions.
- Write code using Java/J2EE, AWS, PL/SQL, Python, React, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, and mobile native app technologies.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across different environments.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and contribute to architecture and design reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and review architecture, code, and technical solutions across projects.
- Provide technical leadership in data design, coding, testing, development, troubleshooting, implementation, and code quality.
- Estimate project work and recommend scope or schedule changes based on capacity and unforeseen challenges.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, technical support, and other cross-functional teams.
- Guide junior associates through established processes and contribute to team productivity.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience with commercial software architectures at both the software and infrastructure levels.
- 5–7+ years of programming and application systems experience with Java/J2EE, AWS, PL/SQL, Python, React, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, and mobile native app development.
- Experience with application development life cycles, system design and architecture, DevOps, and deployment automation.
- Knowledge of software design patterns and architectures such as microservices and layered patterns.
- Strong object-oriented programming, debugging, analytical, written communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and align technical roadmaps with business strategy.
- Preferred bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred experience developing base frameworks, reusable programs, and technical standards.
- Preferred knowledge of AWS cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Preferred familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, continuous integration processes, Agile methodologies, and Scrum/SAFe practices.
- Exposure to AI/ML techniques and methodologies is a plus.
