Base Salary
$146k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of large features or subsystems from design through delivery.
- Actively contribute to architectural discussions and help shape long-term technical direction.
- Design and deliver new features and enhancements for global ticketing platforms.
- Build resilient, high-performance applications that scale during extreme traffic spikes.
- Create and maintain services that power core infrastructure, including APIs.
- Develop scalable modules for internal systems and external partner integrations.
- Partner with third-party providers to create seamless customer experiences.
- Take ownership of technical quality, scalability, and system reliability.
- Write clean, consistent, and well-tested code using modern languages and frameworks.
- Participate in design and code reviews to maintain high code quality.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
- Drive continuous improvements in team workflows and engineering practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- BS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of system design and distributed architecture.
- Strong command of the software development lifecycle.
- Expertise in C# and .NET Core.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling RESTful APIs.
- Strong experience with relational databases and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and Infrastructure as Code.
- Track record of building high-scale, high-availability systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions.
- High ownership mindset with accountability for system quality.
