Responsibilities

Own the design, development, and delivery of complex full-stack features and automation solutions.
Define and improve coding standards, operational processes, and engineering best practices.
Refactor, optimize, and extend codebases and automation scripts for maintainability, performance, and scalability.
Lead code reviews, set quality expectations, and mentor junior and mid-level colleagues.
Ensure comprehensive testing and documentation across owned areas.
Manage incidents, CI/CD pipelines, operational support, root-cause analysis, and prevention initiatives.
Drive technical decisions and contribute to architecture discussions and long-term technical direction.
Break down initiatives, provide estimates, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
Handle complex incidents end to end and act as a team escalation point.
Share knowledge and contribute to the team’s technical growth.

5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, REST API design, and automation.
Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, data structures, and system design fundamentals.
Proficiency with Git, Linux environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven experience improving code quality, test coverage, and development processes.
Strong communication, mentoring, structured feedback, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced written and spoken English.
