Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and test scalable, secure, and high-performance web and desktop solutions.
- Develop both front-end and back-end systems for the Page Express content management and publishing platform.
- Architect, deploy, and operate web and cloud-based applications.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost-efficiency and performance.
- Lead architectural decisions for front-end and back-end systems.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrate applications with data sources and platform components.
- Conduct code reviews and establish standard software development processes.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues.
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, DevOps, software, and quality engineering teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, roadmap development, and project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Practical experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
- Prior experience with content management system solutions.
- Expertise developing REST APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to serverless architecture and event-driven systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards is preferred.
- Experience with Java is preferred.
