Responsibilities

Set up, configure, test, and maintain infrastructure across development, staging, testing, and production environments.
Contribute to Infrastructure as Code implementation using established modules, conventions, and review processes.
Support CI/CD pipeline configuration, maintenance, release preparation, and deployment activities.
Investigate incidents through log and monitoring analysis, perform initial triage, and document resolutions.
Configure monitoring checks and alerts and participate in backup and recovery procedures.
Apply least-privilege access management and secure secrets-handling practices.
Maintain infrastructure documentation, deployment instructions, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, security specialists, and operations teams.
Develop technical skills through mentoring, certifications, and project participation.

At least 1 year of hands-on experience with one or more public cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understanding of Linux administration and networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, services, packages, and system metrics.
Practical exposure to CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or TeamCity.
Understanding of containerization concepts and practical experience with container images and runtime environments.
Scripting experience with Shell and either Python or PowerShell.
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code and configuration-management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Understanding of SDLC processes, DevOps principles, databases, monitoring, logging, backup, storage, security, authentication, authorization, TLS, and secure secrets management.
Experience using AI assistants responsibly while validating outputs and maintaining data security standards.
Good communication and collaboration skills and at least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Preferred qualifications include Kubernetes or other orchestration-platform experience, production experience with Terraform or Ansible, centralized logging and monitoring experience, GitOps exposure, familiarity with AI/LLM services or vector databases in infrastructure scenarios, and cloud or Linux-related certifications.
Strong willingness to learn, proactive ownership, cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving skills.
