Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, test, and maintain infrastructure across development, staging, testing, and production environments.
- Contribute to Infrastructure as Code implementation using established modules, conventions, and review processes.
- Support CI/CD pipeline configuration, maintenance, release preparation, and deployment activities.
- Investigate incidents through log and monitoring analysis, perform initial triage, and document resolutions.
- Configure monitoring checks and alerts and participate in backup and recovery procedures.
- Apply least-privilege access management and secure secrets-handling practices.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, deployment instructions, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, security specialists, and operations teams.
- Develop technical skills through mentoring, certifications, and project participation.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with one or more public cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of Linux administration and networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, services, packages, and system metrics.
- Practical exposure to CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or TeamCity.
- Understanding of containerization concepts and practical experience with container images and runtime environments.
- Scripting experience with Shell and either Python or PowerShell.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code and configuration-management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Understanding of SDLC processes, DevOps principles, databases, monitoring, logging, backup, storage, security, authentication, authorization, TLS, and secure secrets management.
- Experience using AI assistants responsibly while validating outputs and maintaining data security standards.
- Good communication and collaboration skills and at least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
- Preferred qualifications include Kubernetes or other orchestration-platform experience, production experience with Terraform or Ansible, centralized logging and monitoring experience, GitOps exposure, familiarity with AI/LLM services or vector databases in infrastructure scenarios, and cloud or Linux-related certifications.
- Strong willingness to learn, proactive ownership, cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving skills.
