Base Salary
$90k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of Nutanix’s Acropolis Hypervisor (AHV).
- Assist with designing and developing new AHV features.
- Maintain and fix existing AHV code and features.
- Improve AHV reliability, performance, and security.
- Interact with open-source communities.
- Develop using C, Golang, Rust, and Python.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience with a BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in C, Golang, Rust, and Python.
- Knowledge of OS internals, particularly UNIX/Linux.
- Familiarity with x86 architecture, virtualization, storage, and network management.
- Understanding of multithreading, algorithms, and data structures on Linux.
- Strong Linux kernel-mode debugging skills.
