Responsibilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle as part of a multidisciplinary agile squad.
- Ensure product quality, verify defined processes, and improve existing quality assurance processes.
- Create, update, and maintain product test suites and test sets.
- Help engineers create, update, and maintain automated tests, especially end-to-end tests.
- Provide QA metrics and promote a data-driven culture.
- Collaborate with squad members and foster a culture of quality across the squad and domain.
- Build software that tests software through coding.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
- Knowledge of BDD strategy and proven experience with BDD frameworks.
- Experience testing frontend mobile or web applications and APIs.
- Experience with Cucumber Studio, non-functional testing, quality flows, software testing, and CI environments using VSTS.
- Programming experience in Python or another language such as C#, Java, or C++.
- Experience working with agile development practices.
