Responsibilities
- Own profiling, diagnosis, and end-to-end optimization of rendering, layout, and input pipelines.
- Design and build robust, extensible systems for Roblox's core surfaces.
- Create scalable solutions for high-fidelity, high-performance interfaces.
- Partner with engineering, product, and design teams for cohesive user experiences.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to shape architectural direction and improve UI performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with user-facing frontend applications.
- Deep expertise in modern frontend technologies and frameworks like React.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize frontend performance and diagnose issues.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and frontend architecture.
