Responsibilities
- Operate and enhance automated performance testing and benchmarking services.
- Develop testing frameworks, infrastructure automation, and validation methodologies.
- Deploy, monitor, optimize, and support Linux servers, GPU clusters, virtualization platforms, and lab hardware.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, failover, incident response, and proactive issue detection for critical infrastructure.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain internal AI server applications and shared compute platforms.
- Administer lab access control, networking, resource allocation, capacity planning, and operational governance.
- Evaluate and integrate hardware technologies to improve performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex system, network, and application issues.
- Create benchmarking reports, design notes, technical documentation, and internal runbooks.
- Support customer demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, competitive evaluations, and technical presentations.
Requirements
- Hands-on Linux systems administration and infrastructure experience, including servers, networking fundamentals, and virtualization.
- Experience with KVM or containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with DevOps toolchains, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and observability stacks.
- Strong Python and/or Bash scripting and automation experience applied to infrastructure or testing workflows.
- Practical experience with GPU-based compute environments or AI/ML infrastructure.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred, with equivalent experience welcome.
- Experience with performance testing, benchmarking, or traffic-generation methodologies is preferred.
- Exposure to network security concepts and enterprise security technologies is preferred.
- Experience with Fortinet products or similar enterprise security and networking solutions is a plus.
- Customer-facing technical experience, technical documentation, white papers, or internal training experience is preferred.
