Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of Salesforce applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with and manage the team to support delivery and execution.
- Make decisions for the team and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide technical solutions to problems affecting the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and support team capability development.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Integrate Salesforce with other platforms and services and troubleshoot technical issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms and services.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Salesforce Data 360 and life sciences industry experience are good-to-have qualifications.
