Base Salary
$152k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Co-develop and refine model training and evaluation workflows with ML scientists.
- Translate experimental research code into maintainable and reusable systems.
- Build and expand benchmarking systems for model evaluation on datasets.
- Develop tooling and interfaces to expose new capabilities to researchers.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and productization of NeuralPLexer.
- Collaborate with engineers on scaling workflows without owning core infrastructure.
- Perform code reviews and mentor best practices in software engineering.
- Improve reliability and reproducibility of ML workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in ML-adjacent environments.
- Strong Python skills with a focus on software engineering practices.
- Experience working closely with ML practitioners or in research environments.
- Experience building or supporting ML workflows and data pipelines.
- Ability to operate in research-heavy environments and structure evolving codebases.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort with pair programming.
