Responsibilities
- Define and implement application architectures and design principles for client web application projects.
- Create and validate architecture prototypes and establish, implement, and deploy development standards.
- Continuously analyze and review architectures and technical environments, proposing improvements.
- Evaluate and promote adoption of modern technologies and architectures based on their maturity and effectiveness.
- Guide team members in following architecture decisions and design principles.
- Manage client and team expectations, and explain, discuss, and persuade stakeholders regarding architectural decisions.
- Deliver software solution analysis, design, construction, implementation, and maintenance for client projects.
Requirements
- Approximately five or more years of combined experience in one or more of the listed areas.
- Experience developing web applications using either C# or Java.
- Experience defining, implementing, and deploying web application architectures.
- Development experience using cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Presales experience for the relevant services.
- Experience on multiple projects as a team lead or sub-lead, including strong explanation and negotiation skills with clients and team members.
- Applicants whose native language is not Japanese need business-level Japanese proficiency, including JLPT N1.
- Experience creating documents using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
