Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements across multiple business areas and evaluate application software and packaged products.
- Design and improve business processes and operational procedures.
- Design, develop, and configure application components and system integration interfaces.
- Coordinate change control and production validation schedules and prepare related documentation.
- Ensure development and configuration comply with internal standards, address integration issues, and manage deliverable version control.
- Develop business applications according to architecture standards, development methods, and best practices.
- Create test plans, validate unit and integration test results, and conduct regression and integration testing.
- Collaborate with other IT departments on project delivery, system implementation, and operational support.
- Translate requirements into system designs, conduct impact analyses, and create detailed design documentation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in system development or application development.
- Experience leading multiple phases among requirements definition, design, development, and operations.
- Experience using workflow or low-code development tools such as Power Platform or kintone.
- Business-level or higher Japanese proficiency.
- Basic English reading and writing ability.
- Logical and clear communication skills, including preparing and explaining presentation materials for stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
