Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 SaaS and technology initiatives.
- Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Own critical milestones supporting rapid growth and potential departmental spin-off.
- Collaborate directly with the department founder and cross-functional engineering, research, and commercial teams.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
- Ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
