Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD build, test, and release pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Define standards for branching strategy, versioning, and release governance.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes AKS clusters, including scaling, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Design and implement repeatable Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Azure Bicep, and ARM Templates.
- Automate operational and infrastructure processes using PowerShell and Bash.
- Support .NET development teams with build and deployment processes.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident-management solutions for production reliability.
- Apply DevSecOps practices, including secret management, RBAC, policy as code, and Azure network security.
- Coordinate project teams, provide technical leadership, and promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native PaaS and IaaS architectures.
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, including Pipelines, Repos, and Artifacts, plus GitHub Actions and advanced Git.
- Experience managing Kubernetes AKS clusters and Docker in enterprise environments.
- Advanced PowerShell and Bash scripting skills.
- Experience with Terraform, Azure Bicep, and ARM Templates.
- Experience with DevSecOps, Key Vault, RBAC, Azure Policy, and policy as code.
- Knowledge of Azure networking, including VNet, NSG, Private Endpoints, Azure Front Door, and Application Gateway.
- Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and release-management practices in distributed environments.
- Python scripting, Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identity, Conditional Access, relevant Microsoft/Docker/Kubernetes certifications, .NET deployment experience, and Agile/Scrum experience are preferred.
- Technical leadership, resource coordination, architectural decision-making, autonomous ownership, communication, collaboration, and structured problem-solving skills.
