Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, support, and integrate ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure ServiceNow modules and customize the platform using scripting, UI technologies, workflows, and APIs.
- Participate in requirements gathering and provide technical input to developers as an individual contributor.
- Develop system documentation, process flows, and design documents.
- Oversee ServiceNow upgrade cycles and implement new release features.
- Drive continuous improvement in implementation methodology and service offerings based on user feedback.
- Extend ServiceNow capabilities across geographies and departments and mentor junior team members as needed.
Requirements
- Extensive IT experience working within a large enterprise on implementation projects.
- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow modules and third-party application integrations.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, HR, and SecOps modules.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- CAD and Implementation certifications are preferred.
