Base Salary
$85k - $191k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead automation initiatives from concept through implementation to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Design and develop automation solutions using APIs, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and enterprise technologies.
- Evaluate and implement integrations across business applications, data platforms, and operational systems.
- Apply system integration, API architecture, data structure, and low-code/no-code development expertise to solve business challenges.
- Translate business requirements, process maps, and user needs into scalable automation solutions.
- Partner with developers, analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders on automation and process improvement opportunities.
- Assess solution feasibility, effort, resources, and technical approach, and plan delivery against business timelines.
- Use structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to eliminate inefficiencies.
- Ensure solution reliability through testing, monitoring, documentation, governance, and maintenance.
- Create reusable automation frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Lead change implementation and user adoption efforts.
- Travel up to 5% domestically and/or internationally as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
- Previous experience with reporting analytics and data using SQL.
- Previous programming experience and experience designing technical solutions.
- Experience developing with one or more of Python, Auto Hotkey, JavaScript, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or SQ.
- Preferred advanced technical degree, certification, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or other complex operational environments.
- Preferred experience developing automation, workflow, integration, or digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, or similar technologies.
- Preferred experience with APIs, system integrations, enterprise applications, and connected data ecosystems.
- Preferred familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Azure, analytics platforms, or other data and reporting technologies.
- Strong business process understanding, problem-solving, process improvement, and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into practical, sustainable solutions.
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies, tools, and development frameworks.
- Strong communication, listening, stakeholder management, and requirements-gathering skills.
- Experience collaborating with business, analytics, data science, and technology teams.
- Exposure to Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, or other modern product and development methodologies.
- Highly analytical and able to use data to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and support decision-making.
