Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, debug, and maintain secure, high-quality production software solutions.
- Build Java-based microservices and full-stack applications using Spring Boot and React.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts and ensure implementation satisfies design constraints.
- Perform system design, application development, testing, and operational stability work.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation tools for coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation, while validating generated outputs.
- Analyze large and diverse datasets to create visualizations and reports that support continuous software improvement.
- Identify data patterns and hidden problems to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
- Guide peers on safe and effective AI use, including data sensitivity, secure handling, resiliency, and security expectations.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 3 years of applied experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Java and strong experience developing Spring Boot microservices.
- Experience building applications with Java and React.
- Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and the ability to evaluate, validate, and refine their outputs.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input/output handling, resiliency, and security expectations.
- Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and solid understanding of application resiliency and security.
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and exposure to cloud technologies are preferred.
