Responsibilities
- Act as the primary AI security subject-matter expert for the CISO organization and support the AI Center of Excellence with architecture, policy, and standards guidance.
- Define AI security reference architectures for RAG, MCP, agents, tenancy, and orchestration, including identity, access, data-protection, and plugin-safety patterns.
- Integrate AI security controls into enterprise architecture and AI/ML lifecycle patterns, including data collection, model training, deployment, CI/CD, drift, bias, and robustness validation.
- Evaluate, select, and implement AI security tools with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Conduct AI threat modeling, risk assessments, architecture reviews, and security research focused on emerging AI threats.
- Translate AI risks into actionable controls, KPIs, and board-level narratives while supporting audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory requirements.
- Create AI-specific incident-response playbooks for model compromise, prompt-based data exfiltration, and malicious fine-tuning.
- Lead AI red-team and blue-team exercises and coordinate independent architecture reviews across product lines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information security, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven progressive information-security experience focused on AI/ML security.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML architecture, model security, AI threat modeling, and AI risk-assessment methodologies.
- Experience evaluating, selecting, and integrating AI security tools.
- Understanding of enterprise security frameworks, secure software development lifecycles, and regulatory compliance in a regulated global fintech environment.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or Certified AI Security Professional are preferred.
- Experience developing and delivering code using modern CI/CD delivery methodologies.
- Experience with Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft and GitHub Copilot security patterns, and integration with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender, and Purview is desired.
- Experience completing independent architecture reviews and AI red-team exercises and closing priority findings within SLA is desired.
