Responsibilities

Design, architect, and implement security controls and frameworks for PlayStation infrastructure.
Detect security gaps and lead efforts to mature security tooling and operational processes.
Define requirements and build cloud-based security applications and controls with product and platform teams.
Develop automation that integrates security processes into code builds and deployments using DevSecOps tools and practices.
Deploy automation across multi-cloud environments to audit, secure, and modify infrastructure.
Improve platform availability through automated protection mechanisms.
Document security designs, operating procedures, technical recommendations, and security policies.
Mentor engineers and guide security-focused design decisions.
Advocate for security and privacy best practices across engineering teams.

Require 5–7+ years of experience in cloud security, security engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or a related field.
Require hands-on experience securing cloud infrastructure in AWS, GCP, or both.
Require understanding of security frameworks and compliance concepts such as NIST and PCI DSS.
Require proficiency in multiple programming or scripting languages, including Python and Go.
Require experience architecting and deploying infrastructure-as-code tools such as CloudFormation and Terraform.
Require familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools and practices, including GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and automated deployment pipelines.
Require demonstrated experience building end-to-end enterprise-level systems.
Require hands-on experience with Wiz and AI tooling such as Codex.
Require strong written and verbal communication skills and effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
Require a proven record of coaching and growing people.
Technical certifications or demonstrated passion for security and technology, such as Security+, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, CISSP, or CCSP, are preferred.
