Responsibilities

Design and implement shift-left practices for reliable production cycles in highly compliant, multi-region environments.
Take responsibility for evolving key technical components supporting compliance and regional deployments.
Design, develop, and review application features across the technology stack, ensuring consistent and reliable deployments.
Set up and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Atmos for managing AWS GovCloud and other regional environments.
Ensure architectural consistency between regulated, regional, and commercial environments.
Lead the technical execution of complex initiatives in collaboration with engineering, security, compliance, and product teams.
Diagnose, debug, and optimize services across infrastructure and application layers in multi-region distributed systems.
Contribute to documentation and technical standards to promote operational clarity and audit readiness.

Strong experience in full-stack development, including TypeScript, React Native, backend development, and CI/CD pipelines.
Significant experience with AWS and infrastructure as code frameworks like Terraform and Atmos; experience with GovCloud is a plus.
Proven ability to drive complex technical initiatives across multiple systems or teams.
Comfortable in regulated or operationally sensitive environments with high reliability and accuracy requirements.
Ability to combine deep technical contribution with clear communication and technical influence.
Interest in mentoring through example, architecture discussions, and code reviews, even without formal team management responsibilities.
