Responsibilities

  • Perform quality control of a high-load web project from requirements analysis through production release.
  • Automate API testing using Kotlin or Java and build supporting utilities.
  • Automate UI testing with Playwright and develop supporting utilities.
  • Conduct manual testing and review automated test code.
  • Build releases, deploy to environments, verify production tasks, and ensure system stability and operability.
  • Process and resolve technical support and user requests.
  • Monitor and improve Grafana metrics and dashboards.
  • Analyze production bugs and incidents using Kibana and write reports in Jira.
  • Create and maintain Postman collections and update the overall test plan in Allure TestOps.
  • Assist with onboarding QA engineers and maintain test quality.
  • Define technical epics, prepare tasks, and conduct estimations.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
  • Practical test automation experience with Kotlin, Java, or JavaScript, preferably Kotlin or Java.
  • Practical UI test automation experience, preferably with Playwright.
  • Practical manual testing experience and experience testing integrations with external systems.
  • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Codeium, including critically reviewing generated code.
  • Knowledge of test design techniques, HTTP methods and semantics, and SQL queries using JOIN operations and indexes.
  • Experience with Allure TestOps, GitLab, Postman, Kibana, and Grafana.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
  • Payment gateway experience, high-load web project experience, and Jira or Allure TestOps experience are preferred.
