Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards for high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and system performance.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams on key technical decisions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow - Now Assist is required.
- Strong knowledge of custom software architecture and design principles is required.
- Experience managing software development lifecycles and ensuring code quality is required.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability is required.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and align technical solutions with business needs is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
