Base Salary
$121k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.
- Implement robust, resilient, cloud-native solutions for the Operations Workbench workflow and case-management platform.
- Contribute hands-on code implementation and technical design.
- Promote engineering best practices across coding, testing, building, deployment, and software maintenance.
- Participate in Scrum activities including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master, Product Owner, QA, architects, business stakeholders, operations, production support, and global team members.
- Deliver technical solutions and reusable components aligned with business and operational needs.
- Stay current with development practices and technologies, including generative AI and DORA metrics.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Professional experience in the financial-services sector; direct capital-markets experience is desirable.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Expert-level Java development skills.
- Experience designing and developing robust, scalable, resilient enterprise applications.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka.
- Experience designing and developing databases on a relational database management system.
- Proficiency in API development and application security practices such as OAuth, TLS, and PKI.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, ownership, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Redis or GemFire is desirable.
- Experience with React or Angular is desirable.

- Full-time position.
- Primary location full-time base salary range is $120,800.00 to $170,800.00.
