Base Salary
$170k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Harden the multi-account AWS environment.
- Build cloud guardrails and controls as code.
- Own cloud vulnerability and exposure management.
- Partner with Detection & Response on investigations involving cloud-origin events.
- Secure AWS services and Kubernetes/EKS environments through IAM, organization policies, KMS, and networking controls.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in cloud security engineering.
- Hands-on experience securing AWS, including IAM, organizations/SCPs, KMS, and networking.
- Experience with Kubernetes or EKS security.
- Experience with Terraform and CSPM tooling such as Wiz.
- Ability to script and automate with Python or Go.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Security, or relevant experience.
- Preferred experience in regulated environments such as fintech or financial services.
- Preferred certifications include AWS Security Specialty or CKS.
