Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to improve developer productivity, deployment reliability, and engineering efficiency across multiple product teams.
- Develop internal tools that improve the software development process from design through production.
- Design, build, and evolve CI/CD platforms using Jenkins, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
- Design and maintain infrastructure as code for consistent continuous delivery across environments.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues in development and production environments.
- Measure engineering productivity and satisfaction and use data and metrics to support decisions.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 3 years of experience building automated delivery pipelines.
- At least 3 years of developing or maintaining software in languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, Python, or Java, including endpoints and shell scripting.
- At least 3 years of experience with event-driven and microservices architectures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with significant technical experience accepted as a substitute.
- Experience with developer productivity tooling, platform engineering, observability, or internal developer platforms is valued.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, NodeJS, Kusto, Groovy, NoSQL databases, and serverless or container-based deployment models is valued.
- Must be a U.S. Person or have the ability to obtain export authorization under U.S. export control laws and regulations.
