Base Salary
$92k - $147k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement application logic in Java.
- Develop well-designed, maintainable, testable, scalable, and secure code.
- Write unit, integration, and functional tests.
- Contribute to high-performance, highly available, distributed payment systems.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and complete committed iteration tasks.
- Diagnose complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on development updates and next steps.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Apply Mastercard security policies and protect the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills and deep knowledge of Java.
- Excellent knowledge of Spring and other frameworks.
- Knowledge of unit testing and mocking frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, or EasyMock.
- Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with Oracle.
- Experience working with high-performance applications.
- Strong problem-diagnostic and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks within business constraints and timelines.
