Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and automate large-scale, high-performance systems that improve business growth and product experiences.
- Build scalable data infrastructure and pipelines using software engineering best practices.
- Develop tools, services, platforms, and integrations supporting seller inbound, shipment logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Take full ownership of projects, including high-quality development and operational health.
- Design and maintain distributed systems at scale while making trade-offs based on business needs.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or a closely related field.
- Four years of professional software development experience.
- Experience working in cloud environments.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining highly available, distributed systems.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring, AWS, APIs, and big data technologies such as Kafka and Elasticsearch.
- Strong coding skills in data structures, algorithms, problem-solving, refactoring, performance optimization, and complexity analysis.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining distributed systems at scale.
- Experience or comfort with front-end development leveraging AI.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with product and technical teams.
