Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients from ideation to production planning.
- Provide technical and industry advocacy on behalf of clients.
- Offer best practice guidance and adopt a deploy-to-production mindset.
- Contribute to a body of knowledge across networking, cybersecurity, and edge computing.
- Support large clients, particularly in local and central government.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing demands.
- Demonstrate empathy with customers and identify their challenges.
- Good understanding of how the internet works, including TCP/UDP and DNS.
- Willingness to travel regionally (15-30 days per quarter).
