Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate Treasury trading, balance management, and liquidity reporting technology solutions.
- Take end-to-end responsibility from design through deployment across environments and into production.
- Perform hands-on software development using Java, SQL, and full-stack technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and distributed teams across geographies.
- Promote healthy communication and coach team members in effective collaboration.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and solve business problems while applying responsible judgment to data and AI outputs.
Requirements
- 12+ years of IT industry experience with hands-on Java development and SQL writing skills.
- Proficiency in full-stack development with Java, React, Angular 8+, and Spring Boot.
- Deep hands-on experience with Google Cloud, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, and Jenkins.
- Experience developing cloud-based full-stack applications and delivering solutions end to end.
- Python experience is desirable.
- Working knowledge of messaging and integration patterns, REST, SOA, JMS, and PubSub.
- Strong experience with unit and integration testing, test-driven development, code quality, Sonar, Veracode, security, DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD.
- Ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows while applying critical judgment to AI outputs.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
