Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions supporting Care-Wellframe integration.
Build application features, user interfaces, databases, and integration capabilities.
Write clean, optimized, documented code following coding standards and software design principles.
Develop and execute unit tests, debug existing code, and validate products before deployment.
Manage, model, and analyze large volumes of data.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, senior engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot technical challenges and support system robustness and customer satisfaction.
Use AI coding assistants and agentic AI workflows to improve development productivity and code quality.
Participate in on-call rotations for systems owned by the team.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of hands-on software development experience.
Experience with the Microsoft platform, including ASP.NET, MVC, and C#, is advantageous.
Hands-on experience with React or another modern frontend framework such as Angular or Vue.js.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, JSON, and XML.
Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server and with writing SQL queries.
Understanding of MVC architecture, software design principles, version control systems, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience using AI coding assistants and agentic AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, and Claude.
Preferred experience includes Ruby on Rails, Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, T-SQL, relational database design, microservices, DevOps practices, healthcare technology, and digital health solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, independent-working, adaptability, learning, customer-focus, and attention-to-detail skills.
Active involvement in open-source projects or technology communities is preferred.
