Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own team-level architecture and deliver strategic software solutions.
- Influence work outside of your direct team to solve complex problems.
- Support peers through async reviews, pairing, and mentorship.
- Align on scope, tradeoffs, and outcomes in an async-first manner.
- Build across the stack using TypeScript, React, Node, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kubernetes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with ownership of product surfaces.
- Experience collaborating across teams to deliver strategic solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of web technology and best practices.
- Track record of shipping in B2B SaaS or similar domains.
- Clear communication skills across PRs, RFCs, and collaborative documents.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in low-process, async environments.
- Hands-on experience improving team velocity through tooling or process improvements.
